Getting started

How do I get started with Outwizar?

Getting started is simple:

  1. Download the app from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
  2. Create an account using your email address or sign in with Apple / Google.
  3. Set your style preferences — tell us what you like in just a few taps.
  4. Set your budget — decide how much you'd like to spend on an outfit.
  5. Get your first outfit — we'll instantly create a complete, ready-to-wear outfit for you.
Can I change my style preferences later?

Absolutely — your style can evolve. Open the app, go to Settings → Style Preferences, adjust your choices, and save. Future recommendations will reflect the update immediately.

How does Outwizar choose outfits for me?

Outwizar uses your style preferences, budget, and smart matching to create complete outfits. We consider:

The result is a complete, wearable outfit — not endless options to choose from.

Can I set a budget for my outfits?

Yes — budget control is at the heart of Outwizar. Open Settings → Preferences, adjust the budget slider (or enter a specific amount), and save. We never recommend items that exceed your budget.

Where can I buy the items in my outfit?

Outwizar doesn't sell products directly — we help you discover outfits from trusted UK retailers. Each item in your outfit includes direct links to the retailer's site, current pricing, and size availability where possible. Tap an item to view it on the retailer's website and complete your purchase there.

Account

How do I reset my password?
  1. Open the app and tap Sign In.
  2. Tap Forgot Password?
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  5. Follow the link to create a new password.

Note: if you signed up with Apple or Google, you don't have a separate Outwizar password — use the same sign-in method.

How can I delete my account?
  1. Open the Outwizar app.
  2. Go to Settings → Account.
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
  4. Confirm your decision.

Important: account deletion is permanent — all your data, preferences, and history will be removed. If you have an active subscription, cancel it first through your device's app store (see the Subscription & Billing page).

Can I use Outwizar on multiple devices?

Subscription note: subscriptions purchased on iOS cannot be transferred to Android (or vice versa). If you switch platforms, you may need to subscribe again through the new platform's store.

Is there a free trial?

Yes — new users are eligible for a 7-day free trial. During the trial you'll have a quota higher than the free tier. To avoid being charged, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or Google based on your account history.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your device's app store, not within the Outwizar app:

iPhone / iPad: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Outwizar → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Outwizar → Cancel.

You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. For full instructions see the Subscription & Billing page.
