Subscription & Billing

In-app purchases. All Outwizar subscriptions are managed through in-app purchases via the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). Your subscription, billing, and payment are handled securely by Apple or Google — Outwizar never sees your card details.

1. Subscription Plans Overview

Outwizar offers three tiers, all available as in-app purchases.

2. How to Subscribe

iPhone / iPad (iOS)

  1. Open the Outwizar app.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
  3. Select your preferred plan.
  4. Confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
  5. Your subscription begins immediately.

Android

  1. Open the Outwizar app.
  2. Navigate to Settings → Subscription.
  3. Select your preferred plan.
  4. Confirm with your Google Play payment method.
  5. Your subscription begins immediately.

3. Managing Your Subscription

Since subscriptions are handled through the App Store or Google Play, you manage them through your device settings.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Settings on your device.
  2. Tap your Apple ID at the top.
  3. Tap Subscriptions.
  4. Select Outwizar.
  5. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from here.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap your Profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  4. Select Outwizar to manage.

Payment methods are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play account:

To update your payment method, visit your Apple ID settings or Google Play account settings.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

iPhone / iPad

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Outwizar → Cancel Subscription.

Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Tap Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
  3. Select Outwizar → Cancel subscription.

After cancellation you'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew, and you'll revert to the Trial / free experience.

8. Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google, not directly by Outwizar.

Apple App Store refunds

  1. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Sign in with your Apple ID.
  3. Find the Outwizar subscription charge.
  4. Select "Request a refund" and follow the prompts.
  5. Apple typically reviews and responds within 48 hours.

Google Play refunds

  1. Visit Google Play Order History.
  2. Find the Outwizar subscription.
  3. Select "Request a refund" or "Report a problem".
  4. Refunds typically process within 1–4 business days.

Refund eligibility and policies are determined by Apple and Google.
